Can I switch tiers later?
Of course. Upgrade, downgrade, switch to annual — whatever fits your life right now. You're in charge. The change kicks in at your next billing date.
What happens to the shops if I cancel?
They get everything you sent them through your last billing period, and then the support stops. No partial charges, no gotchas. If you come back someday, your picks will still be saved.
Do you take a cut when I buy something from a maker?
No. Never. When you buy from one of the shops here, every dollar lands with the founder. We don't take a slice, a fee, or a commission. That's sacred to us.
What if there's one shop I really want to back?
Sign up through that maker's link. On that path, your whole subscription concentrates on them — more of your dollar reaches that one founder than any other way. It's the most meaningful way to say "I believe in what you're building."
Tell me more about this "early access" thing.
When one of our makers launches something new — a bar, a belt, a rack accessory — members see it and can buy it a full month before anyone else. You'll never miss a limited run because it sold out while you were at work.
Can I change who I'm supporting?
Anytime, from your dashboard. The only case where you can't is if you signed up through a specific maker's link — then you're committed to them for the life of your membership. (Which, honestly, is kind of the point.)
